Currently after a desk mic (or one that is mountable to an arm!)

Blue Microphones Snowball iCE USB Microphone - top of the list but it's a couple years old now - is there anything out there better for the same budget?

Thanks.

EDIT: Further research shows the iCE is one-direction, so will go for the normal Snowball unless there are any other contenders I should consider?

These are within the £50-100 bracket. The Samson ones are surprisingly good.

I to am looking for a desktop mic, and have been searching for a while, at 1st I was going to get a Blue Yeti, but didn't want to spend to much a lot for a mic, and thought by having a big obtrusive mic, sitting on my desk would be annoying so decided a against it! but you and others might be OK with it.

So some searching later I stumbled across the Samson Go Mic Portable, its a usb mic and seems like its almost good as the blue yeti judging by you tube videos, I've seen, but cheaper and smaller than a Yeti! £34 so it might be worth taking a look at!!!
