Hi guys, need a micro atx/itx motherboard, will be using an i3 3220 in it, don't really want to spend much more than £75/80 on it, but can stretch a little bit....any suggestions?

Cheers! :)

any of these will do tbh, choose one that suits the colour scheme or has the looks you like

That gigabyte board is a full size board not micro atx. The asrock board is out of stock but would be a good choice.

This is the one i would go for:-

Gigabyte Z77 micro atx board and about the budget from original post.

A bit of a bump as I'm after recommendations between these two boards. No overclocking and will using an Intel Core i3-3220 or i3-3225 for beefier graphics.

ASRock H77M Intel H77 £63
S-ATA ports location a bit strange, but only need two so not too worried.
All Intel controlled ports. Good.
Read an old customer review it was slow booting, but that might of improved with BIOS updates.

MSI H77MA-G43 Intel H77 £69
Prefer S-ATA port location, and again all Intel controlled with no third party ports.
No HDMI port, for potential future use.

At that price point there isn't anything to worry about between them. your i3 isnt overclockable so either board will perform as you want. As i posted before go for the one that you like the look off and suits the colour scheme you want.

have a look at gigabyte boards too
