Best Mmorpg private servers

I'm looking to get my teeth into a deep Mmorpg something with the depths of ultima online. I'm looking for private server does anyone have any suggestions?

the only mmorpg that i know has private servers is WoW, and even that is in decline.

WoW private servers are also boring as ****, they are just used as a way for people to cheat their way to the best gear.

I was going to say, why not just play UO on private servers?

Many are very active and stay true to the game, others are just completely out there and stupid. It just takes a while to shift through to find something you like.

There's SWG-Emu but not sure what level that is at yet, not quite as deep as UO but at least had some decent skill systems and no predetermined trees

Lineage 2 has a fairly big community of private servers. All be it just for getting to max level then pvp'ing. Which is fair enough.

Loads of private servers for ragnarok online, there are always private servers just need to look deeper into the depths of hell...

Ragnarok Online is a very in depth game, just depends if you can handle the anime style.
