best mobile browser to use and how to secure usb drive

just wondering which is the best mobile browser to use?
and whats the best way to secure a usb flash drive, my stick is just a 4gb mini sd card in a usb adaptor so it didnt come with any security.

once ive encrypted with bitlocker can i use on any pc? or does it need bitlocker on that pc too.

Also you will only be able to read and copy files on xp/vista, cant save to it

that could be annoying if not pretty useless!!
