Best mobile for video on a gimbal

after using a mobile phone on a gimbal need it to have image stabilisation and high fps recording in 2k or 4k would like 60fps and say 1080p in 120fps, does anyone know a phone that can handle it that has a high quality sensor / high bit rate ?

Why a mobile phone, rather than something that IS a camera, designed to record at those rates?

need a lightweight gimbal like a dji osmo mobile so its compact as possible
