best mobile gpu

hi i'm looking for a laptop mainly for uni work but will like to play some light games on it when i;m in boring lectures.

so i was wondering which of these will be faster:

256MB ATI Mobility RADEON HD 3450
Nvidia GeForce 9300M GS 256MB
Intel GMA X4500 HD
Integrated Intel® Graphic Media Accelerator X3100
