Best mobo/cpu/ram £200

I have a core 2 E6400 and 4Gb memory. Its uses will be games like COD and football manager. I also will be using it for playing HD content sometimes while doing other things. An suggestions would be great. Budget £200

What mobo have you got at present? If its a decent one then simply picking up a Q6600 and clocking it would be your best bet, however if its not a very good board youd be best going AMD route, you could pick up an AM2+ board to allow you to re-use your existing RAM and add in a Phenom x4 955, or alternatively pick up an AM3 board, 4 gig DDR3 and the same CPU if it fits in budget or if not an Athlon x4 630

my current board is a old P5B. I would rather spend the 200 and get something newer that will last a while

Its ok, nothing special, but £50 boards are just functional.

Ok so i am completely lost and really need the advice guys if i go for AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 955. Is the memory above the fastest that will work? Also i know stulid gave advice on a motherboard but how much difference would a newer chipset make? if its slightly over budget i would rather that for a faster system
