Best Mobo/Memory & Cooler for E8500?

As my sig.

My E8500 is idle at 4.0 and 28c. Running prime 95 only last night for 1/2 an hour and it never reached 50c.
If i remeber right.

It was only a short test run.

Using a true air cooler.

Gigabyte board is great, and i know it will overclock quite a bit higher, but 4.0 24/7 is plenty for now.

The akasa eclipse will take the TRUE cooler with ease, that cooler will also fit on the p5q deluxe or the p5qe, same case and cooler i use myself.
