Best monitor for <£130?

Hi guys,
I am in the market for a new monitor. So far I have been thinking of an AOC i2369Vm, the one with 2x HDMi, 1x Display port, 1x VGA and something called MHL. It is also IPS. Is there any good monitor that someone can recommend to me?
