Best Monitor for £150ish

My dad is looking for a TFT screen around the 22" mark, he doesn't game but obviously quality is important, also if i can be in black so much the better.

Another thing is the 2253BW similar to the 226bw?

Is there anything worth having around the £130 mark (dont need a direct link if cheaper outside of ocuk)
