Best monitor for eyefinity

I have a budget of £150 per monitor so please don't suggest anything more. I don't expect ips panels so what is the best I can get for my price. Ideally I'd like one that is 23 / 24 inch.

I'm also updating my graphics card and confused by which one to get. Im deffo going for the 6950 but it's just choosing the manufacturer. This looks like a good offer
