Best monitor to use as a 2nd monitor?

Hi people, I currently game on a 24inch 1440p 165hz Dell monitor. I am looking to get a second monitor that I can use for streaming mainly. I was not very interested by a lot of people that play with me regularly have advised me to stream. What monitor would you guys recommend to use as a chat/Twitch monitor?
 
Cheap as chips personally, I dont think there is a 'best' as all it's going to be used for is OBS,I have a 24" dell monitor I bought from Gumtree for £40 as my stream monitor and it does the job it was purchased for.
 
I'd get an identical monitor to your primary one 2nd hand.

I'd hate the asymmetry of two different size / shape / model / panel hue monitors.
