I'm planning to change my monitor. My friends suggested that LCD monitors are very good. But which one, some suggest that big monitors are better than small. I am thinking of the electric consumption of the big monitors. can anyone lead me to good decision.

You need to say what you will be using the monitor for and what system you currently have. The main issue in going for a larger monitor is your graphics card. Say you had a 7900GS 256mb on a 19" 1280x1024 monitor. You might be happy enough with how games run, a lot of people would be (although maybe not the people on here
) but say you then went and got a 24" 1920x1200 monitor. Almost all of your games would become uplayable on that graphics card.
