Best/most cost effective action cam setup (1080/120fps)

Any recommend what the go-to would be, ideally in a cost-effective price bracket to pick up 3/4 cams.

Requires 1080 / 60fps minimum, 120 prefered.
Good sound quality is preferred


That's about it really, as long as it does nice watchable high quality video and acceptable audio, and within a reasonable price range to pick 3 or 4 cameras up.

You're being a bit vague saying "acceptable audio" and "reasonable price range".
What acceptable and reasonable to one may not be to another.
Do you want a cam that will support an external mic? Will sound a lot better than through a built in mic. Gopro and some Sjcam models support external mics off the top of my head.
What is your budget for the 3 or 4 cams?
