Best motherboard for overclocking

I'm sorry if this post has been asked before, but i'm going to have to get a new motherboard, what is the best overclocking motherboard out there for my old cpu??

What might your old CPU be?
I wouldn't mind betting most decent brand will overclock well, and your limit maybe how you cool it.
What features did you have in mind etc?

I thought you might say that after I posted it.
Would go well on this, but it you don't want all the bling look at this and save some cash.
The ABIT does run warm tho, so would need a fan on the PWM.

Thinking...if you wanted crossfire CrossFire X16+X16
then something like this.

Don't mess up an ASUS BIOS tho as they solder the chips to the motherboard

Thinking...search the overclocking forum for QX6700. They seem to be toasty chips and maybe the 2 ASUS boards are an overkill.
