best motherboard of these?

MSI Z68MA-G45
Gigabyte Z68X-UD3P
Asus P8P67-M PRO Intel P67
im on a tight budget, but can afford one of these 3. z68 doesnt bother me too much, but i require: Overclocking, 4 ram slots max 16 or 32gb ram, 2 or more pcie slots (for xfire or sli), support for i5 2500k, pref. usb 3.0's, preferably micro atx but will take atx. i just want the best performing board. will be used for gaming, virtual machines, web surfing, absolutely no video encoding lol. thanks!

Depends if you need the Z68 features, if not then go with the Asus P8P67-M PRO as it is a very good clocking board from the reviews I've read.

I have the MSI and frankly the build quality and the BIOS don't really impress me, Gigabyte boards are nice but you have to go up their range to get some of the decent clockers.

So to sum up if you don't mind P67 get the Asus P8P67-M PRO, if you do I'd get the Gigabyte.
