Best Movies to get in HD?

I want to take my new setup/console for a spin and am trying to decide which movies to get on HDDVD/Bluray. ie for great Cinematograpy and good films.

So far I thought of:

Black Hawk Down
Babel
Gladiator
The Matrix
Amelie

Can you recommend anymore movies that are worthy of HD?

Even the HD version transmitted via Sky was awesome quality - really stood out (probably because of the use of colours). The Thing is also a good transfer as already mentioned.
