Best MP Survival game?

Title says it all in the mood for a survival game. Whats the best one around at the moment chaps I do own Dayz standalone but havent played it since it first came out has that improved at all? Thanks :D
 
Not sure, I've played a few, but they all seem in alpha or beta still lol. Seems like there are loads around, but none are finished.
 
I'd still rate the day z mod for arma 2 over dayz standalone any day. Epoch and overpoch add even more to the mix. I've spent so many hours with a group of my friends playing epoch on the mod. It's a lot of fun. Standalone just doesn't seem to cut it for me.
 
They all have their merits and it depends what you're looking for.

In terms of base building and zombie hordes then 7 days to die would be my choice.

Trying to survive and create a decent base with a group of players then H1Z1 is the way to go.

Or if you enjoy raiding others bases and a lot of PvP gun fights then rust is the best option.

Personally I found Dayz a bit dull, more fun to watch than to play.

That's because BiS haven't done any notable work on or updated DayZ since release a year and a half ago. :o

I like 7 Days to Die. Crafting and building were pretty good. Not played it for a while though so most likely a lot has changed since I last played.
