Best mp3 convertor quality wise?

well what i mean that does it all converts flac or any other type to mp3 and also 128 to 320 .easiest simple program about which is free not trial .any help mucho greatful.

Done a quick google and found an afterdawn page on converting FLAC to mp3, using Winamp and iTunes.

whatever uses the lame encoder is the best. im pretty sure you can just drop flac files in to EAC and have it convert them to lame

EAC (Exact Audio Copy) and use the LAME encoder.

Though lately I've found WMA Pro better than the same 192kbps mp3s and as I've a player that takes them I've been using WMP and this.
