Best MP3 player for £100?

Any reccomendations welcome, i have a dodgy zen at the mo, and need a replacement.
depends on whether you want flash or H/d
ive got both and i prefer the lesser size 1gb flash one ,Creative Zen Nano Plus 1GB MP3 Player

less access time, no noise, aaa batteries, that last ages x1

I have a Creative zen at the mo but its rubbish as the headphone socket keeps cutting out. I think Im gonna stay clear of Creative, 5 to 6 gig will do me, hard drive or flash - not really fussed, either would do tbh.

I hear good things about irivers, and the iaudio / rio carbons I havent heard of, not that that would put me off it, as long as they are good quality products.

Got a Sony NWE107 here. Paid £100 for mine but I've seen them new for £70 now. 1 GB, powered by single AAA battery, tons of battery life, small and light, great sound quality (after you upgrade the headphones). Some people complain about the Sony software but I'm yet to have any problems with it.

Yeah i love my Iriver H10 , feels quality, and the sound quality is great you can also buy replacement batteries easily. It also has a good battery life

I've got the Iaudio U2. 1gb for around 110 including delivery and very good :)
I'm very happy with them. So happy in fact that after very unfortunately loosing one (i;m usually very careful, belive me :p) I researched a bit more but came to the same conclusion, it was the best as far as 1GB flash players went so bought the same one again.

While looking around, everywhere I looked, all sites/forums were saying that for sound quality, iaudio are the best so I highly recommend them :)

dont get me wrong i had a couple of issues with the creative nano, but the firmware updates have sorted them out.
jimbo the zen issue, have you been in touch with creative cos imo their rma and customer service is quite good (especially compard to acer and sapphire) and, they speak english (based in ireland -i think)
unless they went to india for some 'taters'-lol
