Best Multiplayer Games on console?

Hi,
Whats the best multiplayer games (for playing with people in the same room, not over internet)?

I have these --

l4d2, can't ever really work out how this got great reviews
halo is a bit meh, never really liked it
cod mw2/cod mw/cod waw all great
graw - pretty good
super mario bros - pretty good
wii sports/play - rubbish
army of two - none of my mates "get" it and think its rubbish
guitar hero - too hard to be fun

not keen on racing games either. whats some good games that require little skill to have fun?

I still say Resident Evil 5 and always will, The most fun I've had split screen in years

And it was with my ex, who was crap! Nothing like having to save her ass all the time, and arguing in real life because she's pooh!

Get bad company 2, although it does require skill. Left 4 dead 2 is brilliant, you numpty!
