Best Multiplayer Web-based/Flash Games

Anyone know of good web-based or flash multiplayer games? I'm bored of normal flash games which have nothing after you've completed them! Plus I like knowing I'm beating other people.

Minecraft was a good idea but needs more actual gameplay type modes... I got bored, started deleting some guys house and got kicked.
