If it's just muscle soreness from exercise, a massage and drinking lots of water and taking lot of antioxidants (like vit C, fruit and lots of green veg) is the best thing to do.
If it's anything else then it's a medical problem and it becomes a tenuous thread to discuss.
In which case, don't bother with any gels (unless you want some pain relief gels, but I can't recommend you any) - and just do as I suggest. It won't go away over night, but it'll go away quicker.
