Best Net monitoring program. Don't mind paying.

Whats the best Net monitoring tool available, preferably something thats easy to use. I want something that shows whats going in and out of my PC and shows the bandwidth usage etc.

Netmeter, at http://readerror.gmxhome.de/ has always worked perfectly for me.

The last time I downloaded that after a few weeks AVG said it was a virus and quarantined it, so I'm pretty unsure about freeware stuff at the moment. Mind you it could have been AVG playing silly beggers.
