Best Netbook/Notebook for Flash and/or Photoshop Use.

Well portability and battery life will be nowhere near as good as a netbook so that would be a big factor into my requirements for example :p

11.6"+ netbooks hav healthy resolutions by the way, 1366x768 is a fine res no? enough width for my CS4 palettes and movies and enough height to not block out the bottom of save dialogues :D

You sure? The new Macbook and MacBook Pro's post very impressive battery life times, on par with the 311c IIRC, or not too far off anyhow. 8.13 hours in the Anandtech wireless web browsing test.

Yes but they are nowhere near the price of the 311c for example - this is the whole point :p

Apologies, didn't read the whole quote you quoted. Eitherway, the 311c had a 5:30 time in a similar web browsing test I found.. Surely most modern laptops don't have problems achieving close to this? With windows 7 and it's new power handling capabilities?
