Best Network for USA roaming?

So I'm returning to work soon after a pretty bad accident a few months and it will involve a 1 week trip to Atlanta, Georgia every 4-5 weeks.
The last time I was there my current provider (ID Mobile) cost me a fortune as they don't have a roaming agreement in the USA, so its probably time I ported my number out.

So who's best?

I use EE every year. Costs £25 for the roaming pass to use your data allowance but its been amazing. Uses AT&T most of the time and then Verizon occasionally.
