My motherboard is an nForce 680i which means the Q9xxx are out of the window as they won't work.

I'm using an E6600 2.4Ghz at 3.0Ghz atm.

Strangely, the best deal I can actually find atm is a Core 2 Extreme QX6700 for £180, can anyone think of anything better? No more expensive than that.
