Best none egg Chow Mein noodles?

Hi.

Could anyone recommend me a good Chow Mein noodles i can buy for cooking?

Has to be egg free noodles.

I tried a brand called milagros which is a filipino brand and they are OOK but get soft really fast.

Any high quality ones you recommend?

You could make your own with water and wheat flour I guess?

Yea their not to bad but too thin and not really chow mein. more like rice noodles

Get thicker ones, your probably talking about vermicelli rice noodles.
If you want thicker have a look at Udon rice noodles.
Im pretty sure they're available in medium too tho

Sharwood's Thai Style Ribbon Noodles, Udon Style Noodles and Chinese Stir Fry Noodles are all egg free. They are the straight to wok type.
