Best NVIDIA GPU for £130?

My mates looking for an upgrdade on his on GPU (Don't know what he currently has) and his budget is £130.
What is the BEST card he could get for £130 (A few quid over is ok)

GTX650Ti Boost 2GB at around £130-£135.

It is slightly behind AMD's 7850 2GB at £150-£160, but it is a good £15 ish cheaper.

Above that, you're really looking at a GTX660 - which will be somewhat over budget. Depends how much over your friend is willing to spend, though I expect this will be too much, but here you are anyway :

There is a 560ti in the clearance section, but I don't the point when you can get brand new for about the same performance, and be within budget.

Because pricing is in a hierarchy usually, and prices do have a knock-on effect to the next tier.

Not that I think prices will change, but still.
