Whats the best 2gb of memory that will overclock the best for under £200 ???

Wouldn't CAS 2 be better for overclocking or have I got this wrong?

I think you would be able to run that memeory at CAS 2, but only at PC3200 speeds not at PC4000, because you have 2GB and not 1GB
