Dont know if you mean Card or Speakers or both, in anycase you wont get for £100 the best of the best, best.

best 2.1 PC Speakers are the Aego Ms.

For £100

7.1 - T7900

5.1 - G51

2.1 - Z2300 (would be silly not to go with the aego m's for just a bit over £100 at this level)

Unless you really, 100% need the 5/7.1 setup, go for the aego m's as they are very good.
