best onboard graphics on current Mobo's?

After any size motherboard (atx/matx) with the best onboard graphics. I have no idea where we are with onboard VGA at the moment. At least one DVI out is necessary.

if best means light gaming then amd>nvidia>intel
which are roughly equavelnt to 4200 series graphics, 8200 with G45 a far way behind

if just video acceleratio for HD etc then not a lot of differnce except that Intel reserver their besst technology for G45HD chipset and cntrols panels software for ati and nvida is much better

The 785G vs ION is like comparing a HD4890 to a GeforceMX 440

ION is useful for HTPC's as it has low power consumption and HD decoding. But it's usless for gaming.
Can I ask why you want an onboard solution for gaming, you'll struggle to play most games.
