Best onboard graphics?

Which is the 'better' performing on board graphics, ati hd3200 or GeForce 8200 (on Abit AN78GS)? Which performs better with blu ray playback and games (obviously at a lower res).

One motherboard is £50 with the 8200 onboard whilst another board (Gigabyte GA MA 78G DS3H) i've just bought was around £70 with the ati hd3200 onboard.
 
Look on Anandtech and Tomshardware. They often have good comparisons on intergrated graphics performance, especially the Geforce 8200/8300 chips.
 
I would go with a 790GX based mobo, Radeon 3300. Its probably more expensive but can handle the higher end processors if you ever want to change it.

Still, out of the two i would go for 780G, if you cool the graphics core adequately it can be overclocked quite substancially.
