Best online photo viewer for family/friends only?

Hi

We want to share some photos of our new daughter with my wife's parents who live in New Zealand. What's the best way to do this? I've used photobucket in the past and have had a look at flickr but that appears to need contacts to sign up tot he service. I need something that does not require the contact to sign up/fill in any forms and also requires them to input a password.

Thoughts and suggestions welcome :-)

I know you said you require a service where they don't need to sign up. But generally most people have a Hotmail, Live or a Passport account. So maybe the new Photo Gallery Live would be useful. Can set up folders to share with different users and you get 25GB for free.

Just untick the other applications if you don't want those.

The gallery is kept private and you just email the gallery link to whoever you'd like to see it. The link contains a 12 char authorisation key making it unguessable. There is no need for the viewer to be registered.

Works really well from Picasa, you can upload a photo or gallery directly from Picasa.

I use Kodak gallery (Ofoto). It does require a quick registration though.

PS Picasaweb looks good.

have upgraded my storage to 10gb and use it to back up all my photos and also to share to friends family.

Also some cool features once your pics are uploaded e.g. tag names on each picture.
