best online space service (like drop box)

No, I'm not looking to book online an all-in-one holiday to space!

Drop box syncs to one folder, and I just want either some online space to backup some selective data I choose, or sync-able data but for the folders i choose all around my HDD.

What are my best, reliable (and free) options for either?

Try Mozy.co.uk I have been told they are pretty good though I have never used them myself.

Was just about to ask the same question!
Using Dropbox at the moment but a bit expensive as I want close to 100Gb.
A quick look at Crashplan looks pretty tempting. $50 a year for unlimited storage?! Is there a catch?

Like the OP I really want to use specific folders on my PC so this may be easier than Dropbox to use too. Does it keep the, constantly synced as you add/modify data?

Been using them since the beta, rock solid.
I also have unlimited storage, I think that was a present for beta users, 982Gb in backups and over 2TB of storage :eek:

I use syncplicity. It's basically the same as dropbox, but you can sync any folder on your hard drive (even network and removeable drives).
