MS Outlook is pretty straight forward and easy to use.

Mozilla Sunbird is great if you're looking for something open source. If you already use Mozilla products (e.g. Firefox, Thunderbird etc.), there's the Mozilla Calendar extension project.
Microsoft Outlook is good if you're a stubborn Outlook/Outlook Express user, and it's generally the application third party companies make their phones/PDAs compatible with, if that's of importance to you. As far as I know you'll have to fork out for Microsoft Office to get it, though - and that's not cheap!
