Best Parental Control Software

Hi,

Whats is the best performing and most secure parental control software out there.

I have looked at zone alarm, safe eyes, and a few others and safe eyes seems to get the good reviews.

Its to go on a laptop for the directors neice and she wants to block sites, keep and eye on surfing etc.
