Best Passively cooled card for under £200??

Hello,

Building a new rig and looking for the best passively cooled card under £200.

Would go for an 8800, but I don't want any fans on the card, and the only passives in the 8800 range are the pricey water cooled jobs.

Currently looking at a MSI 7950GT card for £170

Can anyone recommend anything else?

Powercolors x1950pro are supposed to be about but I cant find them in the UK.

As noted on other threads best go Thermalright HR-03 Plus and try your luck
