Best PAYG network for data

I've got a Motorola Dext on Orange that I bought a few weeks back, I use it mainly for mobile internet. Orange customer service is appalling so I've got the phone unlocked and will be looking to put a new sim card in it once my last top-up has run out.

Orange give me a measly 250mb each month that I have to nurse myself through. I'd like something at least twice that or up to 1gb ideally so I don't have to keep a constant eye on things. Is there a network that people on here might recommend for data on PAYG?

I use Tmobile £20 for 6 months internet booster 1gb month usage.

Going to go for this I think. Changed my Dext today for a sim free Desire, it's such a big improvement.

Virgin £5.00 per month on payg for 1gb or top up £20 and unlimited texts and internet or 30p per day

o2 you could go Text and Web, top up £10 per month for your unlimited net and some texts.

But to be fair the t-mobile deal sounds better if you have the 3G / HSDPA coverage.
