Best PCI-E Graphics card for £130 max, which one?

I'm upgrading our second pc which has an X800XT in it and was wondering what the best vfm card vidcard to replace it is. I've seen both the "x1950pro" and the "7900gs" going here for about the £130 mark. which one is the best vfm/performance, etc card out of these two, or are there any other alternatives I've not considered?

I went from 256MB X850 XT to 256MB X1950 Pro, well worth it!
