Best performance netbook / best screen etc

Hi folks,

Had my Dell Mini9 for 2 years now and it is great BUT things must have got better?

Im looking to upgrade hopefully to something well built, SSD would be nice as would being fanless.

I'd hope to get something with a real OS, not starter edition 7 which doesnt even let you alter the wallpaper.

So folks - what do you recommend?

9/10" screen is fine too though a decent graphics chip would be good too.

Things have moved on in netbooks but not all that much to be honest, most netbooks are basically the same as the Samsung NC10 from 2 years ago.

If your looking for something with a graphics chip your only real netbook option is the HP Mini 311 which has the Ion GPU but an 11.6" screen, also they are getting harder to find now, other than that maybe the Acer 8371?
 
Yeah try going for a CULV if you want to upgrade. You can get them in 11.6" up to 15.6"
Some have dedicated graphics and really good battery power.
