Can anyone give me any advice for printing off photos. I've heard that sometimes pictures dont turn out the way they look on screen.

One tip I always seen thrown about is to make your image slightly lighter. How much lighter will depend on your printer.

Try a few test pages... see how close your printer gets it without any tweaks.

Also, make sure youre using the Adobe 1998 RGB colour profile. Cant remember off hand where you set it - just nosey around the settings in PS and you should come across it.

Make sure the image is set yo CMYK mode rather than RGB. Also set the image to 300dpi or higher. Make sure all the settings are ramped up in the printer drivers and that you have the correct paper type selected.
