best picture settings - default windows colour settings or use Nivdea Control Panel

just wondering what people select . I used to always use NCP but just wondering now that window 10 has sorted out HDR whether to simply select the default windows colour settings.

Basically i want to send a 10 bit HDR signal to my projector and TV for games and movies
