Best Picture Viewer?

Hey guys!

Just a quickie really

I'm getting to grips with taking pictures on a Canon Dsomething/somethingD and I was wondering what is best to view the pictures?

Picasa messes with them, the windows preview does also (albeit to a lesser extent!).

im surprised no one has said it yet, but have a look a adobe lightroom
can do a trial see if u like it

If you simply want to view them rather than post process them try Irfanview.
A cheaper alternative to Lightroom would be photoshop elements which is how I started or you could use the free Canon DPP software that is on the cd that came with your camera.

Lightroom is excellent though.

Another vote for lightroom - really good for organising libraries and enough tools to cover most requirements.

If it is a Canon DSLR then use Zoombrowser EX, which is on the disk that came with the Camera. It is quite useful.
