Best place to buy a PS3 controller?

All I can see if £15 ebay specials which are obviously knock off or full priced £40 originals.

I agree £40 is ludicrous for a last gen controller however I think you will struggle finding a new one cheaper. CEX sell used ones for £25 and now come with a 2 year warranty. Still a bit steep though imo.

Thanks, but I'm guessing the cheap ones on here are fake too?

Prices for all things PS3 seem a bit crazy now - bought a 12gb PS3 with a game for £110 a couple of years ago, it now seems Amazon want £195 for the console on it's own!

Not entirely, no. You don't get vibration and I think some of the buttons don't map correctly.

buttons work fine (option is start and share is select) but no vibrations

then again my early ps3 pad never had vibration either

Cex is probably your best bet, but to get the best deal try and go in store as the price is occasionally lower than the website states.

Sixaxis. I recently replaced a dead battery in mine that came with the 40GB fattie. It feels weird and weightless going back to it from the dualshock3/4. Longer battery power though.
