Best place to download single mp3s ?

Hi all silly question but I am like many signed up on a subscription based music service and have been for some years now.

I need a host of single songs to use in a video I am making. Where is the best place to purchase and download as a MP3 so I can use as I wish ?

I've been using Amazon music for purchasing MP3s for few single songs and album, itunes may be good option aswell if they can be exported out as mp3 but itunes use different format I believe?
