The other half uses a laptop that over the last few weeks is having issues.
Keyboard is not working fully, fan spins up and down like a yoyo and now W7 states the battery should be replaced. Its done well and 6 years old so cant complain, its been torn apart and rebuilt and cleaned but still showing problems.
Now, the only place I tend to look for laptops is ****ys as that's all I have around here, does anyone else know where you can get a decent laptop from for a good price? all its used for it YouTube, facebook and the usual social media stuff and Skype video calls.
looking that the cheap end laptops seem to have been replaced with "tablets with keyboards" style or something similar to keep costs down. its only ever used around the house so size is not much of a issue.
