I'm just about to complete on a house that i'd like to completely re-decorate, and have been looking into spray painting it internally rather than using rollers/pads etc. One advantage being the whole house will be painted white so i can do the ceilings at the same time, and it will also be having new flooring in every room so don't need to worry about getting paint everywhere!

What i need to know is, is there a decent all-in-one type product i can do this with, a bit like the things you can get for spraying fences? I've been looking at things i can rent on HSS but it's difficult to know what products do what. I also searched the forum and somebody mentioned using an Earlex product but i couldn't find anywhere to buy one and their website doesn't suggest using it for inside houses. I did attempt to find some relevant information through Google but there was mainly just info on how to spray paint internal walls, not what actual product i could use to do it.

I know I saw a high gloss white spray being used in a house on the 'Grand Designs' TV show. It was the one on the beach(Brighton?) front being built by an ex pop music manager. Check out their web site as they often have suppliers details.

Unless you have a very good extraction i would not advise this, my dad brought the spray gun home he sprays fork trucks with and did the stairs and landing doors.
Fantastic job done on doors in record time but have you heard of over spray, the whole house was blue .
Every time you moved something you could see it ,mother went mad

Common sense would dictate that in a situation like that you would take the doors off the hinges surely and spray them outside?!

Thanks for the comments everyone, will look at pricing as didn't realise Screwfix did them but most likely be too scared and just go for decent rollers...last thing i spray painted was my old car and that...didn't go too well...

Cheers! :p
