Best program for copying from iPod to iTunes - Windows

Hi there, long story short, someone I know needs to get all their music from their iPod onto their PC, which has been formatted, so I was wondering what program you think is the best.

I found MusicRescue, but this seems to just dump them into a folder within folders, I was hoping there might be a program like Senuti on OS X that copies them all straight back into iTunes.

I use touchcopy , but only on my laptop as its windows 32bit only, great program though

is there anything that can make a playlist in iTunes from a playlist that's on my iPod (touch)?

My iPod was sync'd with my PC back when it was 32bit but now that's gone and it's 64bit Vista and iTunes works with the touch now. It'd be nice to not have to make the whole playlist again.
