Best program for viewing photos?

Whats the bestest program out there for viewing photos/mpegs? and is there anything that lets you zoom in without losing much quality? kinda like using aa?

No its not for my pron collection either.

No its not for my pron collection either.

XP (and Vista)'s default image viewers both let you zoom in with minimal loss of quality.

Vistas photo util is ok but not great. Adobe has a good one, but am looking for something a bit better. I'll check out picasa, thanks mate. Has anyone tried ACDSee9 or Photoshop CS3.. any good?

im able to do everything i need using vista own software , i was about to get photoshop elements before i relised vista does everything i need

so that saved me £50 squids

Thirded. It's free, it's simple to use, it's got nice photo editing options and it makes it simple to export and re-size batches of photos.

When I installed Vista, I tried using its Photo Gallery app but went back to Picasa because it's so much better.
